You have to remember, we all need to wait for Canada to hit the 6th. Right now I believe the time in New York is 16:39 and in Los Angeles it should be... 14:39 I believe. On the other hand, here in London it's 21:39. Over in (Australia) Brisbane it's 06:39. They need to wait for the US/Canada to catch up with the rest of the world. Heh.

Patience. Go do something in the meantime. Come back and check every 20 mins or so.

Or you could COME BACK EH-KNEE TOYM!

We recognize that BioWare has a global community, and the Kasumi DLC today was originally intended to be an international event to reflect our truly global fanbase. BioWare definitely really values all members of our world-wide Community, no matter where you live.  Accordingly, in the coming weeks, we will be announcing details about future DLC specifically for fans living in those territories which were excluded from downloading Kasumi when we said you would be able to.  We’ll announce more details in the coming weeks

It's been the 6th in the U.S. and Canada for quite a while, friend.
