And then we laugh, merrily, reminiscing about good times when add-ons to a game consisted of something actually substantial and actually improving the content of the original.
It's a sad state of existence that has come upon the gameindustry. And I mourn its shattered soul tear by tear. Metaphorical tears, that is. Like this:
;_;
Tears.

Ladies and gents, here is your answer.
so what about people on PC? clearly we don't care about microsoft at all.
is bioware delaying the pc version to match times with xbox version? if so this is just another reason console gaming holds back all of the gaming industry.
console gaming is a cancer

Hi everyone -
The Kasumi "Stolen Memories" DLC was launched today as the start of a year-long DLC release schedule.
We recognize that BioWare has a global community, and the Kasumi DLC today was originally intended to be an international event to reflect our truly global fanbase. Unfortunately, we encountered some last-minute legal complications around how DLC can be offered in different parts of the world that prevented us from including all territories except for our own offices, even though that was our original goal. And for that, we sincerely apologize – our goal with this sort of downloadable content is to show all our fans worldwide how much we appreciate your support!
BioWare definitely really values all members of our world-wide Community, no matter where you live. Accordingly, in the coming weeks, we will be announcing details about future DLC specifically for fans living in those territories which were excluded from downloading Kasumi when we said you would be able to. We’ll announce more details in the coming weeks
Thank you all for your continued and ongoing support and participation in the BioWare Community – we really appreciate all your support over the past 15 years, and the future will be even brighter!
Sincerely,
Ray Muzyka and Greg Zeschuk
Co-founders, BioWare

Was it that hard to finally make a statement.
If they would have said this earlier much less people would have complained about waiting for the release.
