Why not just take a little time to make a ME2 expansion. Make it bridge to ME3. Convince the most powerful corporations in the universe to fight with you against the Reapers. Aria T'loak's people, Migrant Fleet, Clan Urdnot, Cerberus (If renegade ending), The Council, Legion's Geth, all of them. Make it a mostly diplomatic DLC, with plenty of dialogue. Get gifts for convincing them to join your cause, like Geth Armor, sort of like Wrex's from ME, except it's given. This is what I want. I don't want skins, and heavy weapons that I will never use anyway. I want REAL DLC with REAL items. Not a bunch of tiny skins, heavy weapons, and boring/uninteresting characters who you CAN'T EVEN TALK TO OUTSIDE OF THEIR MISSIONS.
Isn't that what we have been doing all along in both games.Building a Universal Army to Battle the Reapers By the choices you made along the way.Helping the Racni Queen,Helping Clan Urdnot become the dominate clan,Telling the Quarian's not to go to war with the Geth,Helping Legion rewrite the Heritics.Saving the Council in the first game and restoring you Spector Status in the second.I understand what you are saying but i think that all of that will be cemented in the third installment.Clawfur wrote...

I concur. I quite like your idea about the diplomatic expansion... And I would love to be able to visit the Migrant Fleet again. Something else I'd like in the way of Diplomatic DLC: The Geth & the Quarians. Depending on how you act, you can cause the Quarians to either go to war, or be at peace with the Geth.

I think it's actually not that much, two dollars for a few skins. At least, if you're paying for the experience it will grant you. I mean, you can buy a hamburger or cup of coffee for the same price and you will only enjoy it for what, ten minutes or so? I'd rather pay two dollars for hours of gameplay in which Jack will actually look nice.NICKjnp wrote...

People need to look furder than the fact that it's a few pixels they're paying for. Sure, it may not be worth your money. But too expensive? Nah.

You're paying for crap all day long. Just take a good look at your shopping cart after a trip to the supermarket. Lots of stuff you don't really need but are still willing to pay for. Maybe because they taste good, like that ice cream sandwich. The same goes for these skins. They're not essential to the game, but they can make it a bit more entertaining. If not, than just don't buy them. I couldn't care less. Just don't be hypocritical about it by saying it's about principles.monkeycamoran wrote...
Price doesn't matter. It's the principle of paying for crap.
Various games allow for new textures all the time, through mods or
official downloads. But, they are free most of the time. Charging people
for it is unnecessary. It's dirtier business when these skins were
found prior to their official announcement.
Like one wise poster
explained to me: it's either this or an ice cream sandwich. And the
latter can give more entertainment than clothes for non-fictonal
character.
thats the third one, and i the real question is, will you side with legion, or Tali?Clawfur wrote...

Two dollars for the whole crew, or will it be two dollars for each set of three? Either way, by the time new dlc comes out I'm usaully spent on MS Points for the 360. So getting two dollars worth of junk will cost $25 for the 1600 pts. card.monkeycamoran wrote...

I was bummed when you gain his Loyalty outfit it was not a repaired set of Armor. And to add to that they have you pay 50,000 Platinum for the face repair upgrade and don't let Garrus use it to repair his messed up Mug.bobito64 wrote...
160 MS points so that Garrus doesn't have to go around in busted armour for the whole game? Frankly that's something they should have fixed for free. And no, I'm not saying that all DLC should be free, I'm just saying that this one ammounts to a fix. If you made a mistake in the game then you shouldn't charge for the fix.

No dude. Not the same. If you don't see there's something with this, I'm sorry. People can make money out of anything, gum, snacks, scrunchies. But, bits and pieces of a whole product is bull****. This especially when great expectations from DLCs is gameplay.Hadark wrote...

You pay $25 for 1600 points? 800 points is $10. Are we talking about the same currency, here?

That much for tax?! Wowee...
The tax on buying an MS card is 7%.

I think it's because of the overwhelming support for fixing garrus' armor that my poll showed, that they even came out with this. search polls for: "should garrus fix his armor". I may be conceited, but i feel gratified as well.

Again... what currency are you talking about. Here in California, the most taxed state in the USA, there is no tax on the card because tax is already included in MS points.
