I would say it's the ginormous Xbox update I just received, but then again.....
*Notices five new songs for Rock Band released a few hours ago*
..........I'm not going to go off on some random 'I hate Bioware/Microsoft/EA speech' because that's stupid and shows how weak-willed you are. I'm just going to randomly refresh my Xbox Live page for the next three hours.....and......and...
Oh my, this will be difficult.
Was the RB dlc put up before or after the update?

New Mass Effect 2 DLC Hits A Snag
Fans will have to sit tight a little while longer.
by Jim Reilly
April 6, 2010 - Mass Effect 2 fans will have to continue to wait.
The latest downloadable content, Kasumi's Stolen Memory, is currently unavailable for download through Xbox Live. BioWare planned to release the extra content this morning, but has since run into server troubles.
An Electronic Arts spokesperson told IGN the publisher is working with Microsoft to resolve the issue.
"We're working with MS to resolve the issue and plan to get it up as soon as possible," the representative said.

Microsoft updated the marketplace already today, including the picture pack and the rest of today's updates.
BioWare turn up a couple of hours later saying "wait a minute, please... sorry we're late... here... there's this too..."
Microsoft say "Too late. Put it up ready, but you'll have to wait till tomorrows update. We're not doing another one just for you. Do your damn DLC on time in future."
BW: "But we're in Edmonton... the time zones mean..."
MS: "We don't care."

its not a trap i give you my word
NOT a trap. Just bought it. Have the receipt in my email.
Hopefully I can download it as soon as it's updated... After the Warhammer Online problem I had, I really hate any CS involving EA.
It isn't the issue of buying it...it's the issue of actually getting it!

I don't give a flying ****, this is bull**** for all bioware fans everywhere. First they throw this OUTSIDE the Cerberus network that I payed 20 ****ing dollars for on XBL and then they **** up the release...AND THEN they don't even bother to let us know WHAT THE **** IS GOING ON?! That is the sheer definition in websters for bull****.
They slowly take over the EA style

On a side note: I'm almost hoping they offer up some extra DLC simultaneously, In compensation, Or they pull Kasumi COMPLETELY and add an extra hour of gameplay, Or SOMETHING to make up for the abuse.

Game Developers. People flame them for the way they do DLC. They get flamed for their choice of DLC. Then they get flamed if people can't buy / download new DLC.
Patience people.
This is long past the pont where patience is called for, long past the time when someone at Bioware should have posted an update on the situtation. Some 3rd party site posted info on this a while ago but still nothing at the official site but they had time to add a bazaar timer. Missed that 100+ page thread? Don't have 30 seconds to post a quick note? Lousy show BW.

Stupid xbox haters. Doownloads of 6+ GB are common on XBL....most commonly for HD movies. 700+ MB is nothing compared to some of the larger DLCs on XBL.....such as the 2 GB Awakening expansion for DAO.
Not to mention entire games available on XBL.

REALLY?! Of course BioWare would have it come to PC first. While console gamers sit and watch. **** this. Really pissing me off BW sure you shouldn't change your name to Bungie?
you do realize its console gaming's fault for this delay, right?

If you paid for the Cerberus Network, that's your own damn fault for buying the game used and simultaneously wasting money AND shafting BioWare money. You deserve to wait a bit for bieng an idiot.
Man, the sense of entitlement on this forum is strong enough to snuff out a sun. Get over yourselves, people. Snags happen. It sucks, but move the hell on and stop throwing blame at BioWare/EA when it's not always something that can be resolved in a timely fashion.

Yea, but 15 dollars for 3 maps for a game that is terrible.
