It doesn't say that.  It says they are having server problems and that they plan to get it up as soon as possible.  It's sad that Bioware couldn't have announced this but instead took the weasle way out and did it through a gaming website.

It's a horrible way to do business.  Where I work they make a huge deal out of meeting customer expectations.  BW has failed big time.  I expect the dlc to either be avail or a message on their forums/website saying what the problem is ASAP not getting it through a third party website.

could u stop ****ing at Bioware

besides Microsoft always ends up having problems with their servers.

Example Bethesda's Fallout 3, they had to upload The Pitt it to the servers the day after it was supposed to be released because of bug issues

so give the ****ing a rest and get some G** Damn Patience!!!!

I'm currently unemployed, relatively intelligent, can write a clear sentence, and would LOVE to have a job from you guys...

How about you pay me to sit and monitor new release threads, give me the info as to what is going on, and let me actually address customer concerns as they come up? I can pay bills on full-time minimum wage, I live on my laptop, and I used to work for a satellite TV provider as a trainer, so I'm really, really good at telling people crappy things while spinning them beautifully to make the company look good. You'd benefit by having someone actually available to deal with upset fans with, y'know, communication...

Let me know if you want/need a resume... ;-)

If I was running Bioware I would definetly fire Chris and hire you!

Exactly! come on people it isn't that big of a issue it is not like they cancled the DLC      (runs away from an angry mob carrying various sharp objects).
