The X-box just downloaded a new Update for the X-BOX 360. I would bet this is the reason why the server is not working, so it is Microsoft fault not the Biowares fault. Plus, I'm someone who dislikes EA, so I trying to think rational here.

my only justification for this is that they think it is a better business decision to release on pc and xbox at the same time, pissing of pc users, rather than launch on the pc on schedule and delay the xbox, pissing off the xbox users.
i'm not sure why or how they'd reach that conclusion, but its the only conclusion i can reach.

Companies like to have cross platform content release at the same time these days. Has something to do with competitive advantage, but in this case I do not see the benefit.
