For all 360 users - if you use that link for the offer and purchase it via the computer and tell it to DL to your xbox, it will appear in your active download que (though you still have to give it a kick in the ass to get it going); otherwise you wont see the DLC anywhere else if you dont use that link

Maybe try restarting your console otherwise.
