It IS. Under Mass Effect 2 >> "all downloads".

Maybe try restarting your console otherwise.

How ever some people belive Roosevelt antagonized the Japs into attacking Pearl Harbor and realy why would we go to war with Germany too? Instead of just Japan.....(Thinks about human nature)..... Um I take back everything I said
