I think you have to wait yes. DLCs are usually released based on Canada's timezone. If I remember rightly the last ones (Firewalker & Alt Appearance Pack) were released at 12pm Canadian time. Which if I'm right is about 3am (Based on Sydney's time)  on the 7th for you.

Apologies if my times are wrong I used the windows clock to work it out.

I really hope they come up with something different for the dlc in ME2 other than trying to recruit characters for your suicide mission. I mean seriously how many more places can you fit these characters in the normamdy.

Maybe 1 more in the airlock

But as far as i'm aware 12 was always the planned number of squadmates, so this SHOULD be the last squadmate. Don't take that as absolute truth though, I'm just going off what I read and I can't even remember where I read it..

Don't worry, it is. They stated that in earlier Kasumi Goto articles, that she was the last member of the crew. Most suspect she'll be in the room opposite of Samara/Morinth's. Let's be honest, after that, there aren't any rooms left on the ship.

12pm Eastern Time US&Canada is 5pm UK not 5am. I'm UK too it was about 5pm last time we got them.

The 6th date is based off of BioWare's home office in Canada. I know that people are excited about the DLC but its not like this is the first one released. I'd think people would understand the concept that its set off of the developers main base of operation.
