Whilst us strange and odd foreigners are strange, odd and not so lucky to live in the glorious United States (or Canada), we are also paying customers and fans. It might be nice if perhaps they acknowledged this fact. Sure if there's a problem then fine, whatever, fair enough.

But if there isn't, then is purely inconsiderate to the sizeable fanbase not located in America.
