Glad to see I'm not the only one waiting. I got this on launch day and knew there would be a DLC squadmate released so I NEVER finished my playthrough. Not even one. I just wasted my time playing old favorites like Fable II and DragonAge and Unchartered and the like. But now the day is here, I started a new playthrough and am ready for the Reaper IFF and STILL no Katsumi! Cruel fate, you have boned me again!

I wouldn't be surprised if it comes out for the PC first, full of bugs, doesn't come out for the console for another two months, and never fix the bugs on the console version. Dragon age origins anyone?
