For all the time and trouble it takes to find all the ingredients for Wade to make his
items in Awaking they seem rather unimpressive with the exception of the Vigilance
sword. The Heartwood bow and shield are only marginally better then the Howe
family bow and the Landsmeet shield you can get much earlier. The golem armor
isn’t really any better than the Sentinel breastplate and you’ll lose your set
bonus with it. I do like the sword though.

I want to see what the sword looks like so bad because my game is bugged to look like starfang. Also the bow is pretty good considering the Howe bow can only be used by Nathaniel.

I found the Shield to better than the Landsmeet shield for the stats that I wanted so I disagree with that.

The bow and sword are great. Haven't seen shield yet and I just don't like the color of the armor. Only hard part for me was the master lyrium potion and grandmaster lightning rune, which I had my mage make himself so it wasn't that bad.

I agree, that the Golem armor is kinda "meh." But the bow, and sword is quite nice.

And here's a picture of the sword for Nobody Important:

Vigilance looks like Starfang in my game too, I assumed that's how it's suppose to look.

The Golem armor is good, but it's not worth breaking your set for IMO.

And is the bow better then the Howe bow, or is it really only worth getting if your PC is the archer?

Nope, that's not how Vigilance looks like. It seems you have the same bug everyone's been having.

Vigilance, even as a one handed sword, is not supposed to look like starfang. IT looks much better.

I wish the Golem armor at least had gloves and boots to match, but we don't get everything we want in life...

Disable your warden's keep DLC and it will correct the look.

The live demo vid showed the vigilance.

Can you post a screenshot? We can't disable dlc on consoles.

I liked the Heartwood Bow. Pretty decent stats, and it looks badass.

The most disappointing part about the Golem shell armor was the appearance. Pink and silver. Not even my girly human noble would touch it.

Here is "Christoff" in Sentinel armor and the one-handed version of the sword. The fire enchant makes it a bit blurry.

Okay, wow, Vigilance looks way better. This bug needs to be fixed. I didn't think it was a bug, but I guess so.

you can disable wardens keep on xbox by going to your console's memory settings and deleting the wardens keep DLC.

Thanks!

I have some of the ingredients, for example the cotton lining and the flower, but it seems Wade won't acknowledge them unless i bring them all to him at once - is that what others find? it's a nuisance, i'd rather have the list updated as i bring each item in, i can't keep track, especially with the two different item quests
