i just had a thought and let me know of your own opinion..

When i completed Dragon Age Origins,  it said my character ( male noble warrior lvl22) decided to travel with lelianna and help boost up the grey warden numbers in ferelden, before going back to travel with his old companions..

Maybe this is why we dont hear nothing about them beacuse maybe Awakening is set during tht time when dragon age ends and says what your charcater is doing once uve comleted origins, so your playing the part you had to read at the end of dragon age origins,,,

just a thought..

Except, of course, for those people who didn't do any new bolstering of the Wardens in the Origins epilogue ... in mine Lel and I just went off and adventured for awhile - no mention of Wardens whatsoever.
