Wynn is a spirit healer who will join you (in the mage's tower) but I for the life of me could get her to teach me to be one I had to break down and by the manual for it at "wonders of thedas" in denerim

Are Spirit healers pro? Does the AI know when to heal or do you have to heal? Cause I don't really like playing all 4 charecters. Also one more question is it good to turn morrigan into a spirit healer?

For the most part wynne does a good job healing, the only trouble I had was I couldn't figure out how to set her up to revive anyone who happned to die, so I had to manually switch to her to do that. The only time I really had a problem with healing was when I'd forget to keep her stocked up on lyrium potions, she just tears through them.

What is the quickest way to get Wynne? How long in hours does it take roughly?

and ask the ferry man to take you to the mages tower once you do the main quest there (and don't screw up the dialogue options) wynn will join you.

Thank you! Not sounding gay or anything you mind adding me to friends? I could use your knowledge I promise not to be a pain! Also for a beginner what warrior should I go and what specialization and stats should I be working on?

well if you want to be survival focused go with the sword and shield trees and if you want to be damage focused go with the two handed trees. Either are great with the right party members to back you up.
as for stats strength will let you do more damage and use better weapons and armor, dexterity will let you hit things easier and of course constitution gives you health. Those are the three most important stats for a warrior but don't leave will power too far behind either that gives you fatigue which you need to use your talents in battle.

To make Wynn heal decent do you have to do any settings or anything or just get him to join your party and your set?

She starts with a good set of healing spells and you can upgrade them as you go but you can fiddle with her tactics if she's not doing what you want.

Another quick question which warrior does the most damage berserker or reaver?

I have not unlocked the reaver specialization yet but you can pick two specializations so you could take both. I believe the Dragon Age wiki has an in-depth list of the talents for those two specs
