so would gerard butler
i pegged Crowe as more like wrex though with that voice
Michelle Rodriguez for Ashley she played Trudy in Avatar and the two characters are alot alike in alot of ways
Hugo Weaving for Saren
Mila Kunis or Natalie Portman for Tali (it all depends on which one can pull of a gypsy accent)
Edward Norton might be good for Garrus
seth green is the perfect Joker
for those of you who say john travolta for Shepard i think he would be closer to Kaiden myself
and to those who are talking about TIM and Miranda that is the second game the movie is the first

Sam Worthington would suit the role of Shepard. Still I would like to see more a miniseries of Mass Effect and not about Shepard but about someone other from the game or an invented character what brings up Mass Effect from another angle.
he sure as hell looks the part
but did you see avatar he was the worst actor in that movie

Christian Bale as Commander Shepard.
There is no other alternative.
oh god no!
no absolutly not
he'll end up doing his "gravel through a tumble dryer" voice like in batman and in terminator
its the only way he can act
if what you say is true i will not see this movie

Keira Knightly could pull off Jack, I think. Just make the look from King Arthur, buzz the hair, and act like she did in Domino.

If it's a male Shepard, I don't care who plays him so long as they fall in that age category (wishful thinking, I know).
If it's a female Shep, I'd love to see either Rachel Nichols or Sienna Miller. Neither of which will happen though.

Lindsay Lohan as Liara
Barbara Streisand as Joker
Rosie O'Donnel as Ashley
Marlon Brando as The Normandy
Rudy Ray Moore as Cpt. Anderson
Keanu Reeves as the Mako
Denis Rodman as Saren
Justin Timberlake as Kaiden
Hey, if the movie is going to bomb, you might as well do it 100%, no slacking.
-Apologies to Danny DeVito, he's actually pretty funny and has been a good producer for a few films.

Him and Seth Green are the two VOs who should be in the movie.

There seems to be a lot of people penciling Lawrence Fishburne in as Anderson, but there's really no reason to replace Keith David.

There seems to be alot of people just throwing out random names because they are a) trolling ,

Marlon Brando as The Normandy
Ensign: Sir the ship is acting quite bizarrely
Shepard: Patch me through to the control panel...Normandy, why aren't you going to Noveria?
Normandy: Are you an Alliance Marine?
Sherpard: I'm a Spectre
Normandy: You're neither. You're an errand boy, sent by grocery clerks, to collect a bill.
Shepard: Riiiiiiiiiight.
Normandy: The horror...the horror

And since the Turian Councilor is already funny enough might as well have John Cleese voice him.

I find it so damn funny that people want to cry foul on the whole canon thing with a ME movie, and then I see oher people turn around and want to cast Shepard based on his default apperance.
How about we worry about getting a GOOD actor for the role of Shepard, since Shepard can look like ....well anyone
