Has anyone seen Terminator Salvation recently? Everyone seems to think Gerard Butler pulls of Shepard but seriously, Christian Bale has the look much better than Butler does. Just research pics of him in Salvation and he can definitely pull it off!!

Martin Sheen is a little to old to play himself.I am afraid the best choice for the illusive man is Charlie Sheen.

YEA!!!! The guy playing Perseus in Clash of the Titans... He would be a good candidate. 

About my above comment however, I had no idea who Mark Vanderloo was and so I looked him up and he is spot on.... I'm not sure how great of an actor he is but definitely has the look of Shepard.

The medium is close enough to film quality anyway, I don't see why anyone would want a Mass Effect movie when the game is practically a move already.

This is sadly a very true fact. The best adaptions have been Resident Evil and Tomb Raider, and both of those are still stretching. Some of the worst being things like ... well anything with Uwe Boll's name attached.   I'd like to have high hopes for the new Prince of Persia coming out to change the stigma but its probably going to disappoint as well.
