Rosie O'Donnell as Miranda
Jim Carrey as Shepard
Kanye West as Jacob
Yakov Smirnov as Tali
Kirk Douglas as Garrus
Jet Li as Thane
Oh, not to mention Zac Efron as Harbinger. He's already practicing the whole mind control thing.
At least on 12 year old girls and 40 year old men...

YEA!!!! The guy playing Perseus in Clash of the Titans... He would be a good candidate.
About my above comment however, I had no idea who Mark Vanderloo was and so I looked him up and he is spot on.... I'm not sure how great of an actor he is but definitely has the look of Shepard.

The whole idea of a Mass Effect movie is unattractive. I don't remember a single game to movie film that was good. Ever.
This.
Everyone repeat after me.
Video Game Movies..... SUCK.
They all sucked. They will continue to suck.
The medium is close enough to film quality anyway, I don't see why anyone would want a Mass Effect movie when the game is practically a move already.

Everyone else - Eddie Murphy.

This is sadly a very true fact. The best adaptions have been Resident Evil and Tomb Raider, and both of those are still stretching. Some of the worst being things like ... well anything with Uwe Boll's name attached. I'd like to have high hopes for the new Prince of Persia coming out to change the stigma but its probably going to disappoint as well.
