I actually didn't think Bioware would ever have the balls to make us pay any sort of money for two reskins (garrus + thane) and a jacket for Jack + some hideous sunglasses. I know it's only two dollars, but I thought little inclusions like this were the entire point of the Cerberus Network, and that I'd actually be paying for something substantial like an expansion pack.

I am okay with this. It lets BioWare/EA milk some extra money, but it is not something "must have" - if I dont buy it, I wont feel like I am missing out.
That said, I may actually buy it - it looks good and 160MP wont ruin me. It would be nice to get some extra gamerpicture as part of the package, though.

It's posts like these that are why I love the internet.
Your faith in large companies is extremely misplaced. EA have a reputation for milking every cent they can, and now that Bioware's sitting as their right hand you can expect the same from them. It's actually quite amazing that they've released free DLC at all - they were probably begging their overlords at EA to just let them sneak in a few guns before they started charging.
