Im wondering for those who have played through; Im playing as a Human
Noble Female again (rogue route this time, Archery master) and wanted to
know what would happen if I chose this route, or if it would even work:

If I don't suggest Alistair to be King, in a romance with him, and have
Anora remain queen, what would happen if I let Loghain live?



Same as above, but I kill Loghain?

If you don't kill Loghain than Alistair leaves no matter what. If you kill Loghain and made Anora rule alone than he would just stay with you as long as you are in a romance.

I know that he leaves, no matter what. But what happens to him when that does happen?

Im trying to get the "recruit all members" achievement, but want to know the consequences in full if I let Loghain live (I plan on having him sacrifice himself to the arch demon)

When you kick Alistair out of the party you can choose to have him executed or let him go. If you have him executed there will be no rebellion. If you let him live there is a rebellion and he goes off to become a drunk somewhere.
