 I have the collectors edition of mass effect 2, followed the directions on both the site and the card included, the code redeemed fine online, but I am unable to download the actual armor and weapon on the xbox 360, is this a common problem?

I was able to download all of the available downloads but I cant find any of them in game. I am getting pretty frustred with all of this. Looked all over the net trying to get info. Nothing yet. I cant even link my GamerTag with EA right now. No luck at all.

I have noticed that when you download DLC from Cn if you go straight into the game they will not show up, but if you exit the game go back to the 360 dashboard and then back into the game they show up. Not sure if this may help or not, but it is what I have to do after downloading anything from CN.

For me, its not even showing up in CN, which needless to say is quite annoying when its the reason you ordered collectors edition instead of the standard

i have the same problem i cant download the collectors armor and weap to my xbox, anyone knows how to do this?
