I have some points so sure. Time to fix Garrus and get Jack some clothes.

I'm not paying for a costume. Screw that. I'm gonna be paying $7 for a 45 minute mission next week.

Doubtless I will end up buying it, having MS points wasting away and a customised avatar thingy (just for amusement), but a fairly basic texture package for a DLC is rather poor. At the very least it should have some attribute changes (eg. the player's armour components) to make it more attractive to consumers. I'd be all over this like a rash if it featured actual armour for the squadmates (since it vexes me greatly that Shep is all tightly secured in heavy armour and breather on the collector ship etc and then Jack or somebody is in nu-metal clothing with a breather). Really they'd be better off doing DLC for new player armour or components, or at least something that makes a difference to the playing experience.
Out of interest, does anyone know whether the character design for the squadmates was done by in-house artists or guest artists specially contracted for the process? I was wondering whether bioware's attitude to not allowing us to have a helmet toggle or have changeable designs (well, more changeable outfits as per ME) was due to the designs being done by external artists and locked due to copyright, as I note was the case in games like Soul Calibur IV where guest artists had designed characters and didn't want them customisable.

I wish Garrus had the normal or loyalty color scheme to his fixed armor. Though, people would complain even more..

This is the first DLC for a game I liked that I will not buy. It's just wow...

Definitely not. Not even sure about Kasumi. I think we should be careful about spending on content when content could be given to us. Wouldn't mind spending 20 bucks or so on a large expansion, but I'm not sure about tiny micro DLs that barely impact the game.

Wasn't it free for cerberus network members? I thought it was....If it wasn't then I accidentally used up some of my MS points. Oh well, i didn't use them anyways.

I complain sometimes about Bioware DLC being too short and light on story but the fact remains that I buy more or less everything they slap their logo on because I think they deserve it. I'd like to say that I won't keep buying cosmetic packs like this if they decided to milk it, and I suppose if it was bad enough to make me lose respect for the company I just might... but honestly this falls into that "couple of bucks" range where I'll buy more or less anything.
Like horrible deep fried gas station food that I'll inevitably feed to my dog.

fixing garrus's armor the main reason im getting awsome to see garrus w/o a big ass hole in the upper part of his armor, but also jacks gives her like a laura craft look pretty cool in my opinion and thanes is pretty cool too got the matrix thing going, those that dont know who laura craft is it's angelina jolie in tomb raider.

I'd buy it if it had new costumes for every character. As it stands I'd have to buy like 4 of these to complete the set.

Is this really just for three characters, Thane, Garrus & Jack?
I read this:-
The Alternate Appearance Pack features new outfits for your favorite
squad members, including Garrus, Thane, and Subject Zero.
to mean that there are Alternate Costumes for ALL Squad Members, Including ....
If it is just those three, then I feel I have been cheated.
I guess this is the trend of all things EA

Just 3. The outfits are worth the small price though imo. They all look badass especially Garrus. I mean you can buy a snack item for the same price.

Oh, I'm not knocking their quality, I love Jack's new outfit, I'd wear that myself. It is the text used in the description, '... Including Garrus, Thane & Subject Zero', rather than '... for Garrus, Thane & Subject Zero'.
It is misleading.

I bought it mainly to fix Garrus's suit. While I loved Jack's outfit, I thought I would hate the glasses. In mission, they were fine, but in talking w/ her they were distracting. Thane's outfit and glasses, however ... I don't know whether to laugh at it or cry that I actually spent money on it. Two out of three ain't bad, I guess.

Notice it says Appearence Pack 1 (something like that). I'd say we'll get more.) Gimme one with Miranda, Tali, and Garrus and I'd buy it.

Seeing as I haven't bought it yet, I doubt I'll ever get it.
2 dollars for 3 squaddies is a rip off when you think that you'd have to pay 8 bucks just so everyone can look different, and some of those alts look ridiculous(Thane).

I bought it, if only for Garrus' armor. If I had the PC version though, I wouldn't have bothered.
Funny how Thane goes invisible in the last part of his loyalty mission if he has the alt on.

I am not going to pay them money for giving me something that should have been with the game in the first place or that i dont want.

Don't think I'll get it. Don't like the glasses on Thane and Jack (who barely ever leaves her "hidey hole" anyway in my games) and Garrus should have had a fixed armor included in the game in the first place (and I don't like how they made his visor orange)

I bought it, so it's a few dollars. Not a big deal.
