Hello im thinkng about getting dragon age for my NEW ps3 :P i have a
powerfull pc and have tryed DA on pc and it works 60 fps max settings,
but im looking for more ps3 games so i dont have to drag both pc and
ps3 from dads to mums every weeks. but i hear many people complaining
about FPS drops and stuttering/lagg. i saw a forum post made 4 months
ago with devs writing saying they are looking into the issue... can
anyone confirm to me if the FPS issues have now been fixed so i can get
it for ps3 or if not how bad is it really realisticly. and how much
worse are the ps3 gfx to the pc because from what ive seen of pc th ey
aint massivly better appart from a bit of AA + more detailed textures
ong round and shields/clothes. thanks.

dragon age for ps3 is also good, despite the framerate issue and other bugs.. i said it is better than the xbox version. i played all dlc in this game and it is quite good.

Well, I regret not getting it on PC just due to how much better the support is on the PC, the mods available to PC users, and all of the bugs in the console versions of the game. The PS3 has to be the best looking game out of the three platforms but it's also the most buggy with some side quests that simply don't work, items that are glitched in attributes or appearance, and the frame rate issue on the PS3 is just awful and is embarassing to still be as bad as it is in the game so long after launch day. If I was you, I'd just stick with it on PC because you won't get anymore more out of it from the PS3 although I do like the controller for this game better than the mouse and keyboard.

the issue has not been fixed. they keep telling us they're looking into it, but nothing has been done about it yet.

if you have it on PC, stick with the PC version - you will be very disappointed in the PS3 version.

i just finish dao for ps3 almost 10x, still no crashes occured, despite of framrate issue and bugs,, dao for for ps3 is way better than xbox and closely to pc version... well if you really dao fan fanatics, despite of the issue you will buy the game in any platform you have.

there are some area only in the game that have some minor log, for instant the intro of the game... it is not so bad, just connect your ps3 to hdmi tv using 720p setting.

well for me i just use 720p setting, because dao origins for ps3 is originally 720p, making it set to maximum 1080p will make the game graphics less detailed, well try it and see it for yourself the difference.
