My main character got it's updates to around level 4 and then it just stopped happening. I check to see that I'm connected, and I am, my progress doesn't update. I'm level 21 now and I'm still shown as level 4 (from release day). Should I be opening a port or something to access this? I run the steam version of DOA and I left an exception in the firewall for DoA and steam (as well as leaving it completely open). 

A few times when I'm playing it'll say "unable to connect to servers..". I'll check to see if I'm logged in, and I am again, but nothing seems to be getting through. Any reason why this wouldn't let me get past level 4? Was there a patch or a server update somewhere down the line that could have done this? And if so, how do I clear info so I can reconnect?

Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix?

Yeah the same has happened to me and I think it's related to all the other issues they are having with the profile/DLC stuff...

Best is probable to wait it out - I have a feeling it's also related to why I can't always load my games ( unauthorized DLC the game claims.. ) or even worse get half the DLC when logged in - the hole place seems to be a mess...


Hopefully they'll get it working soon - so far I've sadly spend more time on support sites than I ghave in game and it's darn anoying to pay for something broken and I honestly can't imaging it's better than delaying the game when it crates 1000s of angry people in desperate search for aid and support..

So hang in there - hopefully they'll do the job we pay them for and get it working soon...
