Oh. He probably pulled it out of the same place he had that Normandy crash site monument.

^ i read it was shepards gift for the host?
Edit:from gamespotSince the other guests are bringing extravagant gifts for their host,
Shepard and Kasumi also come up with a present--a life-sized statue of
Saren, filled to the brim with hidden weapons.
I'm sorry, but I can't help but laugh.

That's pretty awesome. Where on earth did Shepard get a Saren statue, though. Can't imagine Saren is exactly considered statue-material.

Lol, when I first did that, I was
"....WTF??"
Back in ME1, on Virmire, they had the cutscene of the extra staff on the normandy carrying the improvised nuke down to the base, would it have been that hard to have the same scene?, It would have been great to have a scene with Chakwas down there too.. Oh well, good ideas apparently flew over some one's head >>

Shepard. Brings. A. Statue. Of. Saren.
Why... WHY? Why would you do that? Why a statue of Saren? Why would Shepard do it? Who would accept it? WHY!!!!?

Dude there's no competition there. Miranda could have probably taken on the Suicide Mission solo if she had just used her ass as a weapon.
Tali might be in trouble in the "Best Hips" number, though.

So gamers from ME1 can go "hey look it's saren lol nostalgia"
I'm not particularly adverse to it, though. From what I hear he's impersonating someone other than Shepard, which makes it slightly less confusing. But only slightly.

Maybe the antagonist of Kasumi's mission, Mr. Hock is a turian who's convinced that the alliance did a smear job on Saren to make him appear bad and that his whole attack on the citadel wasn't the truth?? Stabbin' in the dark hereThe Angry One wrote...

They could've made it a statue of Nihlus.
You know, throw a bone to all those poor neglected Nihlus fans out there.

That's even dumber.
Shepard is the same person who is universally recognised wherever s/he goes. Even if you have a helmet on.

Maybe, though it'd still beg the question of where you go to get life sized statues of reviled traitors made..
I don't think there'd be many places in the U.S. that'd make a statue of Benedict Arnold, then again I may be mistaken.

Good to hear I can look fancy on my ship
Meh, my femsheps wouldn't be really happy with the same outfit males get - so I don't hope that.
They would be really really happy with a Thane Cure, but there you go.

no.
too bubbly. her ass seems unproportional. like she used to be fat, but lost all the weight but kept the fat girls ass. pretty sure when u get her out of that ridiculous outfit, the ass falls out like old jello.
kasumi's is much nicer. you can tell, she works out.

Yeah, well, I imagine it's all for the same reason why half of the citadel go "Commander Shepard!" and the other half go "Commander Shepard?".The Angry One wrote...

It's clear that Saren's inclusion is just a fanwank to the previous game, though. I tend to just block my ears and deny them out of existence.

The Angry One has a point there.
As for the DLC, i have to say that i am not sold on her backstab skill - Squad AI is suicidal as is tbh. The trailer showed some cutscenes and more action. Would it hurt to have a more dialogue driven quest every now and again. Could be wrong, time will show if this is the case.

did you read the articles? they may have been tongue in cheek but a lot of them mentioned this party is a festering swamp of several slaver ringleaders, mercenary warlords and such.....sooooo they brought the host a statue of the most successfull and notorious terrorist EVER.......I'd say he would appreciate the gift....
also come on Angry One, Sheploo is the face of the ME advertisement campaign...you are NOT gonna see femsheps or their new outfits on any trailer...even Mystranna Kelteel resigned to the inevitable..you should too

I think even mercs would draw the line at someone who wanted to aid killbots in exterminating all life (whether you believe those killbots are the Reapers or the Geth is irrelevant).
Besides wasn't Saren known for getting ever merc contracted to him killed? Remember Wrex's story?

Never. BioWare's marketing department have their heads up their collective rear ends. FemShep deserves as much media hype as Sheploo gets. Or at least something. Anything.

So what about this DLC is going to appeal to female Shepard users because I didn't see one frame of her in this trailer, just that charisma vacuum meathead male.
MaleShep got his tux, now femShep just needs a lone black dress and a Walther PPK for her garter.
Seriously, I like the Bond feeling of the trailer. I'll buy it even though Kasumi turns into a Zaed Zombie back on the Normandy.

Why does it matter? You already know you can play as femshep. Vanderloo was paid by Bioware for his likeness. Shouldn't they use their investment? I honestly don't care who is advertised, but I don't see why femshep would deserve it (fictional character?)The Angry One wrote...

Because FemShep is every bit the main character ManShep is.
So they paid Vanderloo for his likeness (for reasons known only to the Illuminati and a guy called Kevin). So what? When did I say they should NOT use him? Personally I dislike the face but whatever, if they want to use him they can use him.
How does that exclude at least giving FemShep and Hale some of the limelight?

Because if they are going to advertise, may as well use the model they paid money for? There's also the less important issue - that Bioware even stated - or consistency. The Angry One wrote...

well for one remember that the council covered the reapers up AND the galactic extinction....all these people know is that he lead an army of Geth to the citadel to overthrow the council and damn near succeeded....and shep in disguise is bringing a host a solid gold statue of him.....
as for Femshep....I am not saying you are wrong in your desires...I agree with you but face it it's as likely to happen as the american school system is likely to revert to a a classical european influenced system.....
