I know it's free, but... seriously? That's it? Unless missions 3 & 4 are about 30 minutes apiece, that hardly seems worth the download time.
I think bethesda handles DLC far better than bioware....
Average Hammerhead mission completion time: Approx. 3 mins. WTF?

3 minutes is very disappointing. my only hope is that Bioware can expand the HH missions in the future. More exploration and fewer missiles please!

Beggers can't be choosers.
We are not beggers as I can with out a doubt promise you there will be Paid for DLC to go along with this in the future.

It's NOT about FREE vs PAYING. It's about quality of content. 3 minutes of flying around a glowing 'node' markers is not quality. It's random mindless waste of time.

oh no, i'd hate to support a company i love!Be prepared to be nickled and dimed.
i have more fingers than there are video game studios that get my money. there is valve, bioware, konami, rockstar and a few others, but in the sea of bull****, bioware is an island paradise. so yes, i will indulge the dlc model.
if the quality stops meeting the bioware standard i will stop supporting it. i am not a blind fanboy, i do however recognize most of the industry sucks and bioware is a rare exception to be supported, not shunned.

Nice you have some sort of quality line.
Not everyone has the same line you are claiming though.
It looks like there are some folks' quality lines have been crossed.
You probably should respect their quality line the same way you respect yours.

I'd personally like to smack every single person who complained about the Mako missions in ME1, because now instead of getting more great sidemissions like Kohoku and Cerberus (which BioWare seem to want to forget completely about...), the Rogue VI on Luna, Corporal Toombs and Major Kyle which had story, characters and more than just a "shoot everyone" option to complete the side missions in ME2 are all just run down a corridor, shoot enemies, press a button THE END.

Why are you even still here? You'd think someone so disappointed with the game wouldn't bother posting on the forums.
And now I'm going to be a hypocrite and say that those missions do look pretty awful. They are free, however.

I heard that with horse armor, your horse dies permanently rather than going unconscious. That is a huge problem with unique horses like Shadowmare.xDarkicex wrote...

Probably because there was a mod for PC that existed that gave you horse armor. No wait not just Steel and Elven but every other kind as well. Daedric Horse armor is pimpin.
As for the DLC it's free. Who cares. If I give you a free sandwich are you going to complain because it doesn't have lettuce or its not your favorite type of bread?

IT'S FREE!!! Just b/c it looks bad, yes I do think it certainly could have been done better, doesn't mean it should be totally written off.
From what this thread has been sounding like, seems like a many people won't even bother, am I right?

Why don't you go make some sandwiches and give them to the poor and then ask them how was the sandwich.
The boards here is BW essentially asking us what we think.
I will provide feedback as I see fit.

Fallout 3 didn't really have much of a story to begin with but at least the DLC added more than 15 minutes of gameplay, especially Point Lookout. The amount of content in the DLC pack was epic.

Oh cool, more collecting junk missions and the graphics are so pretty. Sorry my mind isn’t going to numbified by graphics and lame gameplay.
I love how in Mission 2 your engine gets colder when driving but yet warms up when in hover mode above those magic warm spots. I see the creative minds that brought us thermal clips are still hard at work.
Lets just pray that what we just saw in those links are part of one actual mission. If this is the best they can come up with, I’ll take the Mako any day. If the Kasumi download is this good I think I’ll stick with Dragon Age or better yet another game company. Guess we’ll have to wait until next week to see if this footage is accurate.
-I lot better. Even their worse actual game play expansions gave you something to do for more than a few minutes. I really doubt we’ll see something like The Shivering Isles in scale and value.SithLordExarKun wrote...

You're getting it for free...and there's also the possibility of more free mission packs utilizing the hammerhead.
-If doing what seems so far to be about 10 minutes of game time is something to do then have fun. I’ll probably try it once, then wait until Kasumi comes out before I pay ME2 again. If Kasumi bites then I’m done with ME2.chikndip wrote...
I'm thankful it's free and actually something to do until Kasumi DLC comes out--unlike the Alternate Costume Pack w/only THREE costumes.
