The same reason you waste your time crying on the forums about something you don't need to download to enjoy the game.

Yes I forgot I use a developer's resources every time I post here. <_<

I rather them make free bs content then nothing at all. When it comes to content you have to pay for, show them what it's worth by buying it or passing it up. If no one buys it, they will get the message. Crying on the forums about free content doesn't solve anything.

Because the forum doesn't exist so that BW gets feedback on what it produces, free or otherwise.
O, wait...

Isn't that more of a reason to not half ass it?

Are you getting paid to oversee the allocation of resources in Bioware? Lol.

By the way, I purchased ME2. I paid money for this game, and so did you unless you're a pirate.

Stop acting like we have no say in anything.

So in the world according to you I can't wonder why BioWare would spend time and resources on a new feature with missions that take less time to complete than combing one's hair?

The problem is, it's free content meaning almost everyone will download it. If no one downloaded it, they would get the message but we both know that won't happen. Support crap, you will get crap. In this case, our crap is free.

What I meant was that crying on *these* forums works. Case in point: most of the changes for ME2 (most notably, Garrus and Tali romances).

Problem is you don't work there. You don't know what resources they have. You don't know how many teams they have, who is getting paid, who is doing what, etc. Please, give me the speadsheets and graphs that show Biowares resources are being wasted.

Mass Effect wasn't free. This dlc is. Like I said, you want to teach Bioware a lesson? Don't download the free content you deem as crap.

You see, there's a problem with that as well. The HH was supposed to be in-game in the first place.

How is it half assing it? They created the foundation for future hammerhead missions, and they will also likely be testing the system indirectly by releasing it free to people. These people may point out glitches, bugs, and ways it could be improved. They're getting their toes in the water, and it's free. And trust me, modeling and texturing and programming all that stuff isn't an easy endeavor. It takes a lot of talent and determination.

So are you. My opinion is that crying about free content is useless. Don't get it. Why is that hard? I already said, if people like yourself don't download this content, Bioware will get the message that they need to improve their free content.

And my opinion is that feedback is important whether the content is free or not, as we are still paying customers.
What's your problem with that exactly?

Because EA figured they'd make more money if they have us pay for mission packs for it, and by giving second-hand buyers an extra incentive to get CN.

Are you implying it wasn't supposed to be in?
If you are than I can put forth a ton of evidence from interviews to magazine/website articles saying it was gonna be in the game. Not until the 1st review came out did many realized the Hammerhead for some unkown reason was taken out.Maybe to release some missions they've made for free and the rest as dlc, they've most likely done more than 5 mission(3 of which are 3-4 minutes)long for something that was meant for the actual game. The rest could very well be paid dlc.

I agree. That's why I am advocating that people who are dissatisfied with this dlc not download it.

Pretty much exactly as worthless as I expected it to be given Bioware's complete focus on the shooter crowd for ME2. What a waste of a concept.

The good thing about the Mako was it's integration into the core game, it wasn't just some separate mini-mission exclusive toy. You used it on main missions, side missions, or just to explore.

I won't even bother downloading this, free or not. Can't see myself ever loading this game up again, in fact.

What will that prove?
They'll be tons of people who will download it anyway as it's free.Expecting a good vechile with worth while levels only to be frustated with the vechile itself or the actual lvls.I'm only trying to give feedback on what I see will be a bad vehicle,it has lock on missiles that take no skill to aim for cying out loud. All the firefights I've seen in gameplay involve spamming rockets and jumping just like the Mako, except involving less skill.Hopefully the remaining
2 missions have more challenge, and depth to them.Though I'm not expecting much .

Edit:messed up with qoutes:pinched:.Just gonna qoute the last reply,as I suck at qouting on forums :crying:.

Like Steven Seagal said to Tommy Lee Jones in Under Siege after sticking is knife on his head and crashing him into a screen:  "keep the faith, Stranix"
But seeing how Seagal ended up these days....yeah it might be better to move on...
