Action bars: As a mage, having to pause the combat every 20 or so seconds in order to bring out the spells required is beyond annoying. Honestly, past level 22 or so I couldn't care less if I leveled, simply because there was no room on my action bars to replace anything.
Difficulty: This game was ridiculously easy, even on nightmare. My party wiped a total of twice the entire game, and I used maybe a dozen potions throughout my playthrough. When you have to reload more often because your character suddenly found his inventory empty than because you died, something is very wrong with the game.
Glitches: As a tally, my brand new gaming rig had DA:A crash 5 times in a single playthrough, lost my inventory twice, and even developed dissonance between when I casted a spell and when the effects took place regularly. And when I say brand new computer, I mean expensive, effective, and powerful. The problems were definately not from my side.
Crafting: Most notably rune crafting, but evident in the others as well. I don't think this one needs much explaination. I spent about half an hour putting together the grandmaster fire and lightning runes for Wade's crafting. This consisted almost entirely of loading screens as I went in and out of the keep to get Justice to make them and to gather the materials, not to mention hunting through a long list of unorganized recipes. Very, very irritating.
That said, I did enjoy the game immensely, as I do most of Bioware's titles. It just irks me that the standard for this game was seemingly so much lower than Bioware usually upholds. As one of the few titles in recent years that Bioware has put out on time, I think I speak for most when I state that we would have been fine waiting a while longer.
