-A few bugs are annoying, and it would've been nice for them to be fixed, but I've definitely bought PC games that were much more buggy at release. (Which is a sad, sad, commentary on the state of the PC gaming industry.)

I have a huge problem with comments like this, or people who say the game isnt that. Most people will play through the game and never know that there items, spells, and talents arent working properly behind the scenes and just say the game isnt that buggy.

The fact is DO:A is extremely buggy beyond belief but a vast majority of them arent things you notice. Items and talents simply dont work, or dont work as the tool tips display and the most players just simply arent invested in the game deep enough to know they arent working. Did you know that +healing items dont work? or - threat items dont work? or some spells like Cone of Cold are bugged so that enemies have 0 chance to resist them? that a couple mage talents say they are based on spellpower or magic but arent?

I love DA:O and DA:A, but this game is nothing less than an insult. +Healing items havent worked since the release date of DA:O. Since day 1 of the game. They have never been fixed. They never just removed the stat and replace it with some like +hp or +con. They just let it be because the know most people will never know. The fact that not only will they not fix or replace this stat, but actually made MORE of then in the xpack knowly they'll never work is nothingless than a slap in the face of the customers

I think the people not upset about the DLC items transferring are the ones who need to rethink things. There is no reason that the DLC items we already paid for should not transfer. Only explanation has been lazy/greedy programming/developers. I would buy it if the items transferred and it was priced around 25 bucks.
