Yeah, and MS dictate when stuff is uploaded onto the Marketplace, not Bioware.  It's gone 7pm here in the UK, and 8pm in Europe, and we all use the same marketplace, and they never put new stuff up on the Marketplace this late.

I checked my achievements on xbox.com Under my gamer profile it shows up as 50/51 but when I checked ME2 achievements it shows it has not been gotten.

Yes, London. It's the capital of England, which is in Europe.

The United Kingdom has its own xbox dashboard. For it to be updated this late in the day is entirely unheard of.
 
Nobody expects Bioware to work to anything other than their own clock, and i'm sorry that you feel the need to defend the company in such a petulant manner.
