I checked my achievements on xbox.com Under my gamer profile it shows up as 50/51 but when I checked ME2 achievements it shows it has not been gotten.

That's the Zaeed Achievement.

I have 51(1000g) /52

I checked Xbox.com. Mine read as having 50/52 at first, but when I checked list of achievements, it changed to 50/51. The Kasumi achievement was not listed.

EDIT: Scratch that, it just showed up. "Broke, Blind, and Bedlam". Gain the loyalty of the thief. Should be out soon.

I think if it comes out now the people like me in the UK will have to get it from Cerb Network and the dashboard will be updated tomorrow with it.

Mine says 52 for achievements too but when I went to the marketplace, the DLC wasn't there to download. The 52 means they are working on it at least..?

No, the only achievement I was missing before was the "Complete the Game on Insanity" 

When I clicked on the ME2 icon though it showed I had 96% of the achievements and I was missing two of them.

Well, for the Firewalker DLC pack, I think they put it up at about 3:00 pm EST, which would be about fifteen minutes more from now. Not sure if it applies to this one as well, but it'd make sense.

The fifty first achievement is the Zaeed achievement. The fifity second achievement is the Kasumi achievement.

The lack of moderators responses and from the rest of Bioware personnel tells us enough about the current situation. There will be no Kasumi DLC, at least not today. Be patient or file a complaint, but we don't have much choice anyway.
