Just expect to get it tomorrow, this weekend or some time next week. Bioware continues to have it's problems with dlc.It has definitely been a glaring weakness for the company. They really need to take notes from Bungie, Rockstar and Bethesda. At any rate, I'm just getting on to see what's going on. I hope people haven't been sitting by their computers all day waiting for this stuff. To be honest with a number high profile games coming out this month and next, you all may just want to wait till the next down period. Can anyone say, Alan Wake.

My guess is that it will be delayed til next tuesday, due to some odd console issue.

bethesday was notoriousy late with their DLC on fallout 3, and it was buggy as heck on both the PC and xbox... So i woudln;t use them as an example

New Mass Effect 2 DLC Hits A Snag

The latest downloadable content, Kasumi's Stolen Memory, is currently unavailable for download through Xbox Live. BioWare planned to release the extra content this morning, but has since run into server troubles.

An Electronic Arts spokesperson told IGN the publisher is working with Microsoft to resolve the issue.

"We're working with MS to resolve the issue and plan to get it up as soon as possible," the representative said.

Kasumi's Stolen Memory is the first premium content released for Mass Effect 2. Even those who are Cerberus Network members will have to pay 560 Microsoft points on Xbox LIVE, or 560 BioWare points ($7) for PC.

Actually, it's interesting to note that a bunch of other DLC that's supposed to come out today for the 360 also hasn't shown up. I'm betting the issue is at Microsoft's end.

I'll need confirmation that it's a MS problem before giving Bioware the benefit of the doubt. They are really incompetent when it comes to DLC, so much that you'd think they were a big japanese company.

As an xbox owner, i can say that delaying the release of the DLC on all platforms until it's ready on the 360 is definately the right thing to do.
