I just completed Kasumi DLC purchase online for my PC, says its available fro download from within the game. For PC Kasumi DLC costs 560BW points, which I bought last week from BioWare for $7.00USD via PayPal payment.

UPDATE 30 minutes later - Well Kasumi download does NOT appear when I launched my PC ME2 , Kasumi isn't in New Content from main menu.  Also Kasumi DLC still not listed here social.bioware.com/page/me2-dlc

Guess the wheels ain't fully greased yet, hopefully I will get my already-bought Kasumi later today..... ?

It won't download within the game though as the content isn't actually on EA's servers.

New Mass Effect 2 DLC Hits A Snag

The latest downloadable content, Kasumi's Stolen Memory, is currently unavailable for download through Xbox Live. BioWare planned to release the extra content this morning, but has since run into server troubles.

An Electronic Arts spokesperson told IGN the publisher is working with Microsoft to resolve the issue.

"We're working with MS to resolve the issue and plan to get it up as soon as possible," the representative said.

Kasumi's Stolen Memory is the first premium content released for Mass Effect 2. Even those who are Cerberus Network members will have to pay 560 Microsoft points on Xbox LIVE, or 560 BioWare points ($7) for PC.
