It's up for everyone, you just gotta do following;



Go to "All downloads"

Then go to the very bottom. It should be there for everyone, at least it was for me and two friends.

hmm...they have it on the xbox live canadian portal.......wonder how much of a difference there might be....

For those in the UK, the DLC is up. However to get to it, browse "mass effect 2" in the marketplace under "Game Add ons"
Then go look at the Featured Downloads. Kasumi's memory  should appear as well as the Cerberus Network and the appearance pack.
