Then go look at the Featured Downloads. Kasumi's memory  should appear as well as the Cerberus Network and the appearance pack.

I own almost everything from BioWare, except KotoR (not a star wars geek) and their support was way better when they still had Atari as their publisher... hell, BioWare was the only good studio Atari had back then.
Now take a look at things...

EDIT : Zalocx, add to that the fact that console players thought that Final Fantasy was a real RPG

Playing the DLC now.. So far Kasumi is a delight!

My biggest fear is that she would be a stereotypical japanese, but Nope.

Shes like a sneaky Zaeed, and she really likes Tali and wants my Shepard to be Good to her.

I'm in the UK. I have just finished downloading it 100% for the 360 version. Browse the full Mass Effect 2 section. It's there. It's not in new arrivals yet.

Oh...weird. I'm downloading it now...Have you tried just going into Mass Effect 2's main page on the market place? Its weird because it appears on Mass Effect 2's "Featured Downloads" but not on its "All Downloads" page..
Well hopefully this means that it will appear for everyone very soon...
This whole xbox marketplace stuff is new to me...I only got LIVE a few days ago.. Hopefully Microsoft will clear things up soon.
