Just to put things in perspective for the X-box 360 crowd.

800 MS points: I can get one of the 3 Borderlands expansion packs.
1200 MS points. The Dragon Age Stone Prisoner expansion (if you didn’t get it free).

0 MS points: Yes, for free I can get each of the 16 clothing sets Koei released for Dynasty Warriors 6: Empires.
Still worth it? That all depends on the person buying it and what they think is worth their money. Opinions will still vary but after looking at some of the other download I can get I can say I’ll consider getting Kasumi but not untilt I hear about it after its release.
Agreed. The costume pack definitely isn't worth it to me. I'm a Rock Band player. 160 MSP is 1-2 Rock Band songs. Thanks to Rock Band Network, there's plenty of DLC in the backlog that I want to buy and more coming daily. The costume pack just affects asthetics for 3 characters, and other than Garrus and his non-messed up armor, I don't care about the rest. So... yeah.
Kasumi's DLC *may* be worth it. I'll wait to see how long people say it actually is. Again, to compare it to Rock Band, that's 7 80 MSP songs. Or it's 3 160 MSP songs + 1 80 MSP song. But she does look more interesting. Missions plus usable character and usable gun... yeah. Much better than alternate costumes.

Sorry you may not. Please come again.
She will function the same way Zaeed does with no dialogue tree etc. Not that I care though and am buying her on day 1 no matter what.
As for the costumes well I don't care about them.

And it's a real shame that you can't converse with her just like Zaaed. Zaaed is a great character but that made him stand out.
Real shame.

That's what he means, Zaeed is no longer unique because Bioware went the cheap route of not having proper dialogue with her.

Nice one.
Am really looking forward to this DLC: the character, the new casual clothes, what is implied to be this missions big choice... all of it seems so promising. Still not sure on the new weapon, but none of the DLC weapons so far were disappointing.
Still not sure what I'll do with the remaining Microsoft Points: Megaman 10 is a given, but beyond that? Maybe two of the Sonic's or something...

I didnt word it well.
Zaaed stood out (IN a bad way) because you couldnt talk to him. He's an excellent character as far as i'm concerned, I both hate and love him. But without the conversations, it made him feel like a 'mod'.
Really wish they took the time to record a few more lines for Shepard and put a convo in.

Personally, I thought Zaeed was one of the most fleshed out characters of all of the Squadmates, despite my Shepard not having a conversation wheel with him. He truly felt like a character with depth and history, and fit perfectly into the universe unlike, IMO, Jacob persay. Jacob had a dialogue wheel, but despite that, he never approached the level of interest I have with Zaeed.
So long as they give Kasumi a space on the Normandy that is equally personalized like Zaeed's, I won't mind this.
Agree with this completely, Zaeed had a lot of great dialogue and was a good character, despite the lack of a wheel, and I enjoyed his dialogue more than several of the "real" companions.
As for Kasumi, I am excited to play it, though I wish it came out before I beat the game. How does it work if you play it after the ending? I mean, will it still have "need you for a suicide mission" dialogue? I never played anything after the end.

It also feels like you get a lot of points per dollar spent on them, too. Although that could just be blind devotion.
