That said, the 2h version doesn't fit in the player's hands, hilt isn't long enough or something. Just something I noticed.

Try disabling armor/weapon mods you don't need, as well. I disabled all my mods except the GW Runic armor, disabled Warden's Keep - force load and got to see the real Vigilance.
Nope, didn't work. Disabled EVERY single mod apart from Awakening - Still Starfang. Damnit.

ive said this time and time again, why wasnt any of this picked up on during testing? surely they would have at least bug tested it properly
I kind of wonder this myself. Some of the bugs I can see being overlooked, but this is a rather big one that should have been obvious to.. Well, anyone that tested this quest.

It's bad enough console gamers get the ass end, but it wouldn't be so bad if it got some of the major issues fixed.

If it goes back to Starfang model, try disabling Warden's Keep for your duration of playing Awakening.
It shouldn't affect anything in Awakening, and activate it if you are going to play Origins.

It's a rather stupid oversight, yes, but a mayor bug, hardly

just one quick thought on that pic... how on earth does that character have that sword given he needs to have finished that location in order to have the components to get it... there shouldn't be any more creatures to kill there.

It's not that big of a concern to me, I actually find that 1h Vigilance skin to be fairly ugly, and I hope the 2h version doesn't just look like a larger copy of the same model.
