For some reason this reminds me of last Sunday's Dilbert comic script... So only a robot from the future that jacks into the game and communicates with ones and zeros can play it? I can't tell if you are being serious, or mocking me... I refuse to get bent over BioWare Marketing failing to give their devs enough time.Prosthetics511 wrote...
First try Toggling Warden's Keep. I.E. Disabling it, loading, saving, enabling, loading.
If it goes back to Starfang model, try disabling Warden's Keep for your duration of playing Awakening.
It shouldn't affect anything in Awakening, and activate it if you are going to play Origins.
This matters to us why? We should all organize ourselves and march on washington, er Montreal, in a coherent fashion?Maviarab wrote... Just to add here, there are numerous other threads about (if you had bothered to look) and it has been confirmed that Bioware are aware of the problem (along with the armour bug) and are working on it.

Vigilance from Awakening:

Glacial Blade from Guild Wars: Eye of the North:

Maybe I am just seeing things but their designs look very similar.

I'm not even sure this can be fixed with mods. I want to use the powers from Warden's Keep too, but the mods I see just make the Vigilance textures Star Fang's...
Also I laugh at Bioware ripping off Guild Wars there, can't say they picked a bad sword to rip off though

I'm curious if anyone on console has tried uninstalling their Origins and reinstalling without downloading Warden's Keep to see if it fixes this.
It's not that big of a concern to me, I actually find that 1h Vigilance skin to be fairly ugly, and I hope the 2h version doesn't just look like a larger copy of the same model.
i hav ps3
i uninstalled my DAO nd reinstalled it again and downloaded all the dlcs except for WK
and it fixes the bugg
the vigiliance longsword/greatsword and the sentinel armor looks awesome!!! much better than the warden commander armor and starfang:D

Thats great to hear, I was thinking of doing it last night. But I wasn't sure if my Shale and Blood Dragon Armor code would work again if I reinstalled it.

I guess it only works with new games, not with old saves ported over.
