I made a 100% ME1 playthrough clear, remaining friendly to Liara and trying to romance Ashley. I went through the entire Ashley romance dialogue and everything, I was finally proud that I did all sidequests - completed Vimire and rescued Ashley. This gave me the "I couldn't leave you behind, you know that <3" dialogue option, I was like ":D" and I could finally beat the game and wait 24 hours for ME2 to come out.

Nope, I couldn't be happy. Life had to interfere. Liara was my chosen romance, the girl I never wanted to romance and didn't like as a romance option was my romance option.

Within 24 hours, I had to rush through the entire game AGAIN (100%) and romance Ashley. I got Liara again. I finally managed to do it before ME2 came out, but it was a close call and  I wasn't able to stay awake for ME2 after - although I had to avoid speaking with Liara at all.

I remember one of you talimancers kept posting long-ass fan fic in the thane thread, with only the vaguest, most out of character representation of  Thane.
No one said anyhting, but oh my god what was that... and then I looked in the Tali thead; the longest, page-stretchig pyramids of fan fic

sorry we have damn near 2000 member we can't contol all of them those who troll other groups are usually frowned upon
