It would fit better in ME1, because there are no rules against romancing on Cerberus vessels.

Just for giggles have an achievement for wiping out your entire crew and Shepard him/herself

Kasumi will definately have one for getting her loyalty. If there's a mission tied to her recruitment (I'm not sure if there is) there'll be one for that too.
