Huh? I made grandmaster silverite runes (the +dmg to darkspawn) which are weapon runes into masterpiece silver runes (which are armor runes).  Is this a bug? oOI have yet to find the paragon silverite recipe so I dunno if it will continue to become armor runes as opposed to weapon runes... if this isn't a bug, wth so much +dmg slots against darkspawn now <.<

On 360 Masterpiece Runes are weapon equip-able. Got a Masterpiece Lightning in my Bloodline.

Same problem. Just spent half an hour traveling around to get the right stuff to make high level silverite runes (thanks to the long loading times) only to find out that they're bugged and don't work on weapons. Hope they fix that soon, very disappointed

Am playing on pc btw.

aye, the masterpiece became armor and I could not find the Paragon rune tracing anywhere, so lame

Yeah. I have the same problems, and am on the PC. Can't get beyond Masterpiece for Silverite runes, and they're classified as armour runes.



Note: I got both merchants and completed the quest by talking with both of them, and Mistress Woolsey. I got the 60g from her, AND the merchant started the conversation by telling me that he has new items for sale from the trade flow which comes after the quest's completion.

Note 2: I read online that the merchant will have a quest exclamation point above his head after you finish the quest. He didn't for me, but he still gave me the little speech I described above.

I have the same problem. I've been able to reproduce it every time. So yes, this is a bug. I hope it gets fixed in the next patch.

I have PC version btw.
