Each time when I start the (Steam version) game, it hangs for a minute or so - attempting to automatically log onto the cerberus network. After a minute or so, I then get an error saying it could not connect, forcing me to re-enter all the logon information again manually. The Manual logon always works, it is just anoying to have the whole main menu hang for a minute each time you start up - before you can do anything.
Anyone else seeing this type of behavior? Any thoughts or suggestions would be apprechiated!
Windows Vista (32-bit), 4GB, Nvidia 9800GT, cable modem - no connectivity issues.

when i start the game(steam aswell). it tries to log on to Cerberus Network, then the game freezes and auto restarts my PC .... this only have happend after i reinstalled ME2...
i use Vista 64bit, 4gig ram, ATI Radeon HD 4870 X2, 2,61Ghz Quad Core CPU...

Solution! My Trend Micro anti-virus/firewall was apparently preventing the initial connection to the Cerbrus Network - and the pop-up error had always timed out and vanished by the time I got out of the game! This afternoon, I saw a flicker of the pop-up on the main Windows desktop appear just as the game video was loading - so I poped back to the Windows desktop and told the anti-virus to allow the connection. Now it connects perfectly, first try when I start the game!
