I am kinda in need of aid, since today i bought some redeem points for the wardens keep however when it started downloading in the game i kept cycling at a 0% download, eventually after virtously waiting a good while i went out the game to try see if there was something blocking the download or something i could do to fix the issue, when i got back i found the DLC was cancelled out and reset, however i had drawn my add points from my account.

Which brings me to i like to have the content i paid for, which i think should be a fair demand.

EDIT: P.S why arent there a download function similar to ME 1 that uses EA download manager at least it saved my content at my account allowing me to redownload without having to be stuck, having had my points drawn of my acount yet being without the content i paid for.

EDIT: Update now both redeem code are added to my profile for warden's and the stone prisoner, but still i cant seem to be allowed to download anywhere, EA download manager doesnt acknowledge any redeem code added, and the ingame download function keeps wanting to charge me fee already paid, can you please tell me how i get access to the things? cant download from game registred either btw.

Same stuff happened to me. Imo the system they have with "points" n stuff is the worst i have ever seen. Its horrific and doesnt work most of the time.



Bought both stone prisoner and wardens keep. Cant download them ingame, cant download manually, cant download via updater in steam account. Btw these should have been included in my deluxe version anyway. But no nothing works,.,,,,,,,,,,,,,
