Hi, I'm not sure where to report these bugs, but here they are:

Modes prevent rune effects:

Beyond the veil - Prevents rune effects from offhand weapon.

Unending flurry - Prevents rune effects from both weapons.

Is there any place that I can report this where it will be resolved next patch?
