1 egg, 3 to 4 tablespoons of flour and just enough milk, then mix together and pour into the pan

I suspect that you're not picturing the pancake correctly. It's a Dutch baby pancake. It takes up the entire pan you bake it in. It's four eggs, about ten minutes of prep time creating the batter/fuit mix, and then 15 minutes in the oven.Snoteye wrote...
