Has anyone tried playing the Legion loyalty mission prior to either of
the Tali missions? I am curious to know if "resetting" the Geth on the Legion loyalty mission has any
effect on the Geth in the Tali missions. Thanks!

It doesn't. All of the Geth in Tali's missions and the side missions are not influenced by your choices during Legion's loyalty mission. They are all isolated from the network, so the virus hasn't reached them yet.
