Just remember to re-check the box when you play Origins

i kind of need that in layman's terms, like where is the box that needs to be unchecked? is it on the Origins disc? or Awakening disc? and what is force load and how do i do that?
Its in your game menu. Start the game, go to the downloads sections, click the little box besides Wardens Keep.
Then load your game and select Force Load when it asks.
Maybe go ahead and make a backup save first, if you're feeling wimpy

Anyone know how to fix this on the 360??
Hmm, I'd guess you might need to delete the Wardens Keep DLC from your hard-drive in this case, if the game doesn't have a DLC menu like the PC version does

I'd rather the programmers themselves fix it and make a patch since it was an obvious oversight. plus modding won't help us who use consoles.
As would I, it's just that realistically the modders will fix it first.
I've currently just finished Lothering on my DA:O playthrough with the intention of taking him through Awakening. Hopefully they'll have sorted it by the time I get it.

This.
Bane has a point though, modders work faster, and usually listen to what the community has to say since they ARE the community.

but how do i fix this bug? do i have to delete the DLC itself manually? and can i re-install it when i want to use it again? how do i manually uninstall it?
Guy, if you can't even figure out how to uninstall something from your console, you're not licensed to be playing on it in the first place...
Now mind you I've never used a PS3, but I'd think you'd got to the listing where the DLC is, choose options or something similiar and then delete, or uninstall.
As far as I know, you can re-download content you already paid for, but you might want to read the terms of service just in case

my PS3 is brand new and it's my first one so i am unfamiliar with how everything works. i never had to uninstall any DLC's before. if i already did that on my 360 then i'd know how to do it and i wouldn't have posted this topic in the first place.
Actually the PS3 is more like a computer in this aspect. There is save files all over the place and they don't always get labelled properly. Hell even on the 360 trying to figure out which one is Origins and which one is Awakenings is a pain since they both look the same and doesn't say Awakenings.

and you're right squid5580 everything isn't labeled properly like files listed under "My Computer". the PS3 is like a computer except it cost me more than my crappy laptop.

I want the sword to look like it should but since I have a PS3, there will probably be no solution either for me. I haven't even gotten my game in the mail yet... and I am already worried that this bug will happen to me.
