It seems i cant go to the mansion cause the front gate is blocked and the side one next to the shadow crpyt wont open. I did the mistress quest and fixed the tears and did the rune thing.

Did you go around to the side and talk to the girl who runs into the caves underneath the village when you're attacked by undead? You're supposed to follow her into the catacombs and walk around beneath there a while till you find a way into the village proper.

Only found two girls there. One is by a river who says "I am sorry mistress",the other girl was the hunger demon i killed.
