Alright, so this one guy I work with has been a suspected homosexual for quite some time now. He just does everything and says everything that points to it. He knows it and it's almost as if he wants you to think it...

The thing though is that he was recently engaged to a women. I found  this to be surprising but at the same time I was happy for him. They were happy and stuff but then out of no where a few weeks ago she cheated on him.....with a women.

He is pissed and has addressed our suspicions and announced he was gay.  I found his whole "girlfriend cheating" thingy with a girl rather ironic. I don't really know him all that well so I kinda thought it was a bit humorous. Does that make me a bad person??? It is a shame though, for him.
So what crazy irony has happened in you people's lives that you would like to share...? Posted Image

why would you finding that humorous make you bad? Obviously she knows he's gay and sought out sexual favor elsewhere. For her to cheat was wrong, period but you guilty of finding it humorous,no!

I think its kinda funny as well.

Guys are in a difficult position when it comes to relationships. If a man cheats, he's a pig but if a woman cheats she's a powerful woman who is standing up for what she believes in.

It reminds me of all these idiot politicians like Mark Sanford and John Edwards who are being caught in extra-marital affairs. Their political careers and public image is forever tarnished but their mistresses get all these book deals, reality shows and front page magazine interviews.

When was the last time we've heard of a female public figure being ruined from an affair?

Back on topic, the guy should have re-examined his sexuality before making a commitment like marriage and his **** wife would probably be happier if she just picked up a new guy from the bar every weekend.

@ Busomjack:...Yeah, I know what you mean...I can't really think of any instance where a female's career had been ruined by an affair. It's not good to say but if it did happen the media and all those people would probably look more into the man anyway and try to understand what made the girl cheat. Somehow the blame would just be pointed on the man in the end...

I don't really know why it came to that but I guess with women's rights not being "there" back then society seems to think of females as more of an innocent gender. I don't understand it, but think about it, it's true...right?

Anyway, that was really off topic...I apologize.

Another note of irony, Busomjack, you said she would probably be happier if she picked up a man from the bar every weekend....I'm a dishwasher at a bar/grill. He works there, soooooo...they met each other at a bar, indeed. :P
