When I try to login, I get the message "invalid login details", but the account still exists - I checked. Can anybody help please?

I am having the same problem. I was able to log in successfully one time, but am no longer able to log into my original account (I have created this one to ask for help).



I thought perhaps it was a password problem, and requested a link to reset my password. I have now made the request several times, and there is no response from Bioware/EA. It seems to me that my account doesn't exist any more.



Please advise.

Also, I have tried to email my question directly, with all the old account information, but I can't even seem to log in with this new profile that I have created.



I this is a matter of someone like me needing to be patient while back end issues are taken care of, I can understand that. But it would be nice to know one way or the other.
