Take cover at the narrow ends of the barricades. This seems to protect you from attacks. Alternatively you can slide along cover to dodge Harbinger's missiles



Generally take out the scions, then collectors, then harbinger in that order. Only switch off the scions if others are becoming troublesome.



It wasn't bad as a vanguard. I brought Miranda and Thane, people who can burn through armor and barriers. As soon as collector barriers are down you can pull the collectors into the air, ensuring an early death and preventing harbinger from possessing them.
