..and has the best CC

This game is a lot like other d&d.

Mages do a lot of damage .. just the lack of armour makes them a prime target for a rouge.

Well its not an online game but still i would not feel safe as a mage in it.........

Dead chars dont dps

I'd have to say mages, with rogues being a close second (if specced right). On my first playthrough as a DW-rogue, I did 40% of the total party damage with Morrigan doing 44%.

Ivy has it on the money though, mages win in anything requiring AOE.

There is an archery skill that can one shot mages.
